during the previous month of the tourney it's self.
If you won a tourney cases will send you an email inviting you to the tourney.
We do NOT choose the people in the TOC, cases does as stated above.
The winner of this tourney wins the title of
"Lit Friends Literati Champion"
for the that month.
And gets their award posted on the Lit friends award pages.
