Replaced burnt out headlight.
Aimed the headlights.
Replaced the brake pads.

Brakes still had a problem, so I had a complete brake job done.
Installed a new (junkyard) parking brake pedal.

The "My Commando" link on the top is a couple of pictures of my 73 Commando that I bought.  It doesn't quite fit in on a Kammback site, but since they are both AMC, and they have a similar back end, and it's my site....

Here are some pictures. Click on the picture for an enlarged image.

Drivers side and the front

Front view. Notice the strange headlight aiming? That's been fixed.  Now I just need to take some new pics.

Passenger side and front

From the rear.  The broken taillight lenses have been replaced.

There were a few interesting items in the glove box:

The original owners manual

This must have been one of the window stickers. It's yellowed, so I scanned it in line-art mode. (Warning, it's large!)

The original maintenance manual

That's it for how. Hopefully there will be more soon. Possibly 4-wheeling pics, and maybe even Ice Racing!
