June 26th 2006 - This is not the same Aoi I drew some months ago. It's a different character though they share the same name. I like this Aoi better than the other one.
From the sketch:
"Aoi was the first name that came to my mind. I've given the same name to one of my characters before this one. The name comes from VF-games. There's plenty of crosses in her clothes etc. because she is a knight or something like that. On the other hand, I'm not religious at all so I don't really care anout their actual meaning. That sword reminds me of certain weapon in One Piece manga. This character is original work, but her hair reminds me of Jo. Looks a bit like Sera."
