June 26th 2006 - I like this character a lot. Designing her took a lot of time but I'm fine with the result. Her pose is not that great but it's not too bad.
From the sketch:
"I wanted to draw a character in traditional Japanese clothes. Kuroko (is that a proper name for a woman?) is a mystic character and I don't know much about her either. She is silent and very skillful with her spear. Now that I think about it, Kuroko reminds me of a drawing of a Japanese elf. This has surely had impact on Kuroko's design."
