June 16th 2005 - A New Beginning
Having quit making avatars for now, I decided to open up a new website. This time the website is about something that really wasn't talked about on SAP: Me. If you don't know me yet, you can see my profile for some information about me.
You who know me probably have tons of questions about this new website. It's design is way different from that of SAP and way better in my opinion. Still what has happened to me, you might ask. Well at the moment I like dark blue so it was easy choice for the color. And for images I used, they're all Shiki, a character from Samurai Shodown 64. I haven't ever played the game, but I've always liked Shiki and I just felt like using pictures of her. Some of you might remember that the picture I'm using as background for the text area of this site is same as the one I used in SAP not so long time ago.
And why is this website called 'Dreamland'? Honestly I just couldn't think of better name so I decided to use it. Now that I think of it, it's actually pretty good name for my site because I've always been a dreamer so it's logical that 'my home' is dreamland.
And finally, why did SAP fall? I've had all kinds of things to do that take most of my time. I just didn't have time to do avatars. When I had time I'd rather do something else. So to put it shortly: I got bored of making avatars. I know that I shouldn't give up so easy, but I haven't been doing avatars actively for months. Mayby SAP will return someday, but I doubt that. What can I say? SAP fell because I didn't spend enough time for it. Sorry for that folks. It's my fault and I'm not denying it. Now something about the contents of this site. Along this diary there are lots of sections that SAP never had such as 'Art'-section, 'Writings'-section and 'Games'-section. I try to put some stuff to those sections as well but please give me time for that. It won't happen right away.
