April 17th 2006 - Game Over ~ For Now
Rautanyrkki 6 is now over. I played a lot and now my neck and left hand are in huge pain. That's a little price for getting to play with the best players of Finland and some really great Swedish players for a whole weekend. It was fun!
I participated GG, SF3-3S, T5, VF4E and SC3 tournaments. I don't have the results at the moment but I'll put them to this site when I get them. I didn't qualify in any of them expect Tekken 5. Guess my Feng Wei is actually pretty good.
On my free time I played GG and 3S. Since I don't have 3S myself I never get to train it. I tried playing with Ibuki but I couldn't do anything spectacular so I switched back to the good old Alex. In GG I played Jam and got some wins against every player I played casual matches with.
Saturday evening, after the GGXX#R tournament we switched to GGXX Slash. I didn't play it very much with Jam 'cause she doesn't do much damage in Slash. I tried A.B.A and couldn't do anything but with Order Sol I was able to win a lot. Might be 'cause people don't know how to play against him yet. He's fun but doesn't do much damage. I might play Slash with him, A.B.A, Jam and Anji once I get the game for myself.
Rautanyrkki 6 was a really great event. I'm looking for the next Rautanyrkki later this year. At the moment I'm trying to get GGXX Slash, but I'm gonna have a rest for some time and not play any fighting games for a while.
