~Fighting Games~
Here's the list of fighting games I play, notes about characters I use and my progress in the game. This is really random stuff that should probably be ignored for your own best.
May 4th 2006: I bought an arcade stick last friday. It's a 6-button Namco Arcade stick. I can't play properly with it at moment. I have to train a lot to get better, but'cause there's no-one to play with me 'round here, I might have to switch back to a pad when next tournament comes.
June 16th 2006: I've finally played against real players with my stick. In 3rd Strike I'm way better with stick but in Guilty Gear I'm not so good with arcade stick. Gotta learn more to be able to use arcade stick properly.
-Guilty Gear XX Slash-
April 17th 2006: Slash is a great game! The characters have pretty weird new colours and re-worked stages look weird as well. Random stage/music selection is fun. I tried Jam and A.B.A but Order Sol is my main character at the moment. Now I need to get this game to train properly.
August 14th 2006: I was playing Slash at Tampere. I use Jam as my main character since I can't train Order Sol or A.B.A 'cause I haven't got this game myself.
-Melty Blood Act Cadenza-
August 14th 2006: I love this game! It's like Guilty Gear though much more simpler. I can play decently with Nanaya Shiki and a bit with Kishimi Kouma, Kohaku and Nero Chaos.
-Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike-
June 25th 2005: One of my favourite fighting games! This game's great! Too bad it's only for Xbox in Europe and I haven't got enough money to buy one. Since I can only play it in fighting game gatherings I'm really bad in it. Previously I only used Alex, but now I use him, Necro and Makoto.
August 18th 2005: Nowadays I use Alex and Hugo and Necro as side characters. I like Necro's Slam Dance super. It's actually pretty good one. I'm still a beginner but I play it whenever I can which is sadly not much...
April 17th 2006: Alex is my main character. Did pretty well with him.
June 16th 2006: I was playing 3rd Strike last weekend. I've gotten better with Alex and I decided to test some new characters. After going through a whole lot of them I picked Remy and played with him a lot. He's cool so I'm definitely making him my secondary character.
-Touhou Suimusou: Immaterial and Missing Power-
August 29th 2006: Got this game yesterday and I've been playing it quite a bit. It's very different from 2D fighting games in usual so it's interesting for that. I play with Youmu, Sakuya and Remilia.
-The King of Fighters 2002-
October 22nd 2005: Finally I have this game! I still haven't had enough time to experiment all the characters to see who'll make my team. At the moment I can play with K', Kula, K9999, Mary and Iori.
October 30th 2005: I've been making a list of combos for all the characters. When I'm done I'll upload it her for all to see. Besides experimenting combos I haven't done much, but my team could be something like Kula, Billy and K', Maxima or Mary though I'm not quite sure of Billy either.
November 30th 2005: I still haven't made up my mind of my team. Kula and K' are certain but the last one is still always some random character I can use. I really should choose who to use so didn't have to train to use so many characters. There's so friggin' many options!
April 17th 2006: I played this game and I was really bad. No wonder since I'm only focusing on GG these days.
-Tekken 5-
June 25th 2005: No one at the moment. That is because I don't have the game yet. Once I get it I probably play with either Feng Wei or Bryan Fury.
July 14th 2005: I got the game now, but I'm not playing it with any specific characters yet. I think I'll learn how to use Feng Wei, Marduk, Steve, Lei Wulong and Ganryu.
August 18th 2005: I only used Marduk at Rautanyrkki 5, but now that I've got time to train I'll learn Bryan Fury and mayby Ganryu.
October 2nd 2005: Haven't trained much but I've learned few things 'bout Wang & Feng Wei. So now my team's Marduk, Wang and Feng. If I have 'nuff time I'm still into learning Bryan.
October 22nd 2005: Due to having not played this game lately and not with people, I really suck at this game. I should practise it more, but since GG is my main game, there's nothing I can do 'bout it.
March 18th 2006: At the moment I only use Feng Wei. If I have enough time I'll train some stuff for Marduk as well.
April 17th 2006: I played this game only in tournament meaning that I played seven or eight matches. Sigh... I ought to go to some T5 gathering someday.
-Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution-
June 25th 2005: Shun Di and Lei Fei, but I've just started using him.
August 18th 2005: I'll stick to Shun Di 'cause I don't have 'nuff time to learn anyone else...
October 2nd 2005: Heh! I haven't playd this game at all after Rautanyrkki 5. That's very not good...
October 30th 2005: Decided to learn Jacky, but after playing this game for an hour I decided to not learn him. I really think I should quit with this one...
March 18th 2006: I haven't played this game at all since the last Rautanyrkki. I doubt I'll train this game a lot. I'll just go through Shun's movelist and combos.
April 17th 2006: I suck at this game and I lost almost all of my matches in the qualifications. I probably won't play this game much any more 'cause I'm honestly not interested in it anymore.
-Soulcalibur III-
November 30th 2005: This is actually pretty good game. So far I've played it mostly on my own and the piles of modes and stuff there's to complete and unlock really take some time. Actually I've had the game for a week and I've unlocked almost everything. Now to gather lots of money to buy everything!
Since I've been unlocking stuff I haven't had much time to train how to use characters. I've spend some time checking Tira's and Siegfied's moves and I'm pretty impressed of them both. I'll check every charact once I have enough time. I probably plly the game with those two I mentioned before, Mitsurugi Cervantes and mayby Cassandra but since I haven't still checked every one I might add more characters to my team.
Since SC scene in Finland isn't that big, though it's growing, most of my games will be casual matches for fun with no real competition. Still I'm gonna participate into SC3 tournament if there will be one at the next Rautanyrkki gathering.
December 21st 2005: I think I've unlocked everything now! It was pretty easy to be honest but I wasn't expecting much. Still haven't been playing this game "seriously" though I'm not sure how seriously this game can be taken. Some characters like Cervantes and Mitsurugi are completely broken and Variable Cancel isn't not that good thing either. I guess I'd play with Tira and Cervantes if I actually got to play this game against skilled people.
March 18th 2006: I don't really know who I should play with. Mayby Sophitia.
April 17th 2006: Played with Astaroth but I'm really bad.
-Capcom vs SNK 2-
June 25th 2005: Iori and Mai. I use some random character as the R2 of my time. They include Joe, Terry, Maki, Yun, Raiden and Zangief. I can use none of them really good, but I ought to focus on one of them to have working team. I always play with N-Groove, but I might change it to C or A, but I doubt I will 'cause Iori is so great in N.
August 18th 2005: Didn't play this game very much at Rautanyrkki 5, but I did really well with Iori. Other characters were pretty much randomly chosen but I did fine with them as well. Geese is now my R2 character 'cause he's so cool!
-Street Fighter Alpha 3-
June 25th 2005: I don't play this game often though it's really good. I use Fei Long, Karin, Zangief and Charlie. Haven't time to learn to use V-Ism so I mostly use A-Ism.
August 18th 2005: I mainly used Gen at Rautanyrkki 5 and I'm willing to learn to use him more.
-Darkstalkers 3-
June 25th 2005: I got this game last Tuesday. I'll probably learn to use Zabel Zarock (Lord Raptor) and Donovan.
August 18th 2005: Played few matches with Zabel. I'll use him as my main character.
-Garou: Mark of the Wolves-
August 18th 2005: An amazing game! I played this at Rautanyrkki 5 with a Neo-Geo and I really hope the PS2 version is released in Europe as well! Great stuff! I used Terry 'cause I knew his moves from CVS2, but Butt and Gato are cool so if I get this game, I'll use them too! Terry's cool as well so I'd use all three of them!
October 30th 2005: Got this game some days ago. Haven't been at it much but I think I'll use Terry, Kevin, Butt and Gato. I can't do much with any of them yet but once I have enough time I'll train to use them properly.
April 17th 2006: Played some matches with Gato and Terry. There should be more people playing this game!
-Last Blade 2-
December 21st 2005: Very good game! I've played this a bit against people and I like using Power Setsuna. I'm really bad at this game due to the lack of playing and training...
March 18th 2006: Still going with Power Setsuna. I learned how to do Speed Akari's infinite combo, but I don't even know all of her moves yet!
-Capcom Fighting Jam-
June 25th 2005: Not so great fighting game. I play it seldom and I always use Jedah and Alex, Zangief or Kenji as the second character though I mostly use only Jedah.
June 16th 2006: I played this game as well last weekend. Ingrid is a fun character with lots of skills like fireballs, rolling and long range. She's my main character from now on!

June 25th 2005: I rarely play this game, but I use Basara, Kazuki, Kusaregedo and Enja.
August 18th 2005: I played this game against another player and only one I could win with was Genjuro. He's cool so I'll use him from now on.
October 22nd 2005: I have played this game every now and then and I like using Tam Tam.
-Guilty Gear XX #Reload-
June 25th 2005: Bridget, Testament, Zappa and Faust, but I'm really bad with him. Also I'm trying to learn to use Jam. I used to use Testament a lot, but I'm more into Bridget at the moment.
August 18th 2005: At the moment I'm willing to learn to play with Jam. I mainly used Testament in Rautanyrkki 5, but I'm not satisfied with the results. I need to learn someone better and that'll be Jam 'cause she's cool.
October 2nd 2005: Been trainin' with Jam a lot and I'm quite sure she'll be my main character when I get to play next time.
October 22nd 2005: I played this game with some good players a week ago and I did fine with Jam. That makes her my main character. I'm willing to learn how to play with Millia and Dizzy aswell. Together those three make the Kunimura Girls! Go, Kunimura Girls!
November 30th 2005: Kinda ditched Millia and Dizzy so no Kunimura Girls. Jam is still the Kunimura Girl no doubt about that! There's gonna be a big GG gathering in December so I gotta find time to train this game. I'll probably use Jam as my main fighter and Bridget and Sol for more casual matches. Still willing to learn Bridget but he's pretty damn hard to use.
December 21st 2005: I'm back from the gathering and I'm satisfied with the results. I'm playing Jam a bit better than before and my Testament and Bridget are still good enough for casual matches.
March 18th 2006: Still playing with Jam. There's supposed to be a mini-gathering before Rautanyrkki so I'll definitely go there to see if my gameplay is missing anything.
April 11th 2006: I was playing GG with last weekend and Jam is only character I can use properly. I use her actually pretty well.
April 17th 2006: Played with Jam a lot but there was way better Jam players in Rautanyrkki 6. Gotta practice even more with her or change characters though I won't be playing #R much anymore.
-The King of Fighters 2001-
June 25th 2005: I play this game only 'cause we don't have KOF02 in Europe yet. Once I get it, goodbye KOF01! At the moment I use K', K9999, Kula, Chin and Blue Mary. My striker's mostly Chang.
October 22nd 2005: Now I have KOF02 and I no longer play this game!
-Soulcalibur II-
June 25th 2005: I used to play this game a lot but not anymore. I use Nightmare, Cervantes and Mitsurugi. I like Cassandra so I guess I'll be using her in SC3.
November 30th 2005: Now I have SC3. Bye bye SC2!
-Super Smash Brothers Melee-
June 25th 2005: I don't really train playing this game. I just play when I don't have anything else to do. I use Link and Ganondorf.
