Hi, I'm Wolf.  I set up my room to be easy on my back and thought that other people with bad backs might be able to use some of the same ideas.

Come inside and take a look . . .

Here is the setup I am using:  On the left is a raised desk with a kneel-chair.  To the right is a supine workstation (SWS) for doing work while I lay on my back.
